Back Mobility Routine
We often neglect the mobilisation of our back until it's too late. More often than not it's after a heavy deadlift session, where maximal loads and below par technique will force the spine into less than ideal positions.
You can minimise the risk of this happening by performing simple but regular stretch routines, and it doesn't take as long as you think.
